New plant room in place of Members’ space, will have openings in the floor and associated external louvres at low level in the external plant area. These are needed to service the new 1st and 3rd floor kitchens. This solution has been selected to minimise the loss of historic fabric and mitigate noise impact to guests.
The former co-working spaces and offices will be changed into a Members’ lounge and flexible event space. This is to match the new operational strategy for the venue.
