Relocate bar from 1st floor to Study and Library on this level, to accommodate a new kitchen on the 1st floor.

Reinstate historic opening between the Front Hall and Morning room and add a fire rated door, to enhance fire protection measures.

The ground floor reception hall will also have some architectural amendments, including the removal of some wall panels and lintels, the reopening of original wall openings and the restoration of original brickwork.
