1. Proposed 1st floor kitchen in place of the Green Room, with pantry repurposed into a dispensing bar, to enhance food service quality throughout the building.

  2. Relocation of accessible WC to allow circulation space near to the newly proposed kitchen. This enables a secondary escape from the West Room.

  3. Reinstating the pre-existing opening as a door between the Garden Room and Pink Room, to enhance circulation and improve the flow between the lobby and lounge.

  4. Proposed opening between the Pink room and Boardroom 02, to improve connectivity and access between these spaces.
