This website shares the proposed changes to the plans to refurbish 6-7 Grosvenor Place. The scheme originally gained planning consent and secured listed building consent in 2019. We are now seeking a Section 73 (a planning term for a minor material amendment to the original consent) to make some changes to the interior layouts and minor amendments to the exterior and submitting a further listed building consent.
