BlueStar Capital Investments is restoring and refurbishing 6 Grosvenor Place, at the corner of Halkin Street and Grosvenor Place, to create a new luxury private members' club.

The team is led by Brian Clivaz, a well-known personality in the hotel, restaurant, and private members’ club world. 6 Grosvenor Place has a distinguished and celebrated history, having been the personal residence of former Prime Minister Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerman. We are bringing the buildings back into an historic use, carrying out an architectural and structural renovation to restore them to their former glory.
