This website shares the proposed changes to the plans to refurbish 6-7 Grosvenor Place. The scheme originally gained planning consent and secured listed building consent in 2019.

UPDATE: In October 2025, we were granted consent for a Section 73 (a planning term for a minor material amendment to the original consent) and Listed Building Consent, to make some changes to the interior layouts and minor amendments to the exterior.
